When slack, wire easily slips into the ring opening and cannot jump out when wire is pulled taught. These particular Bridle Rings have a Galvanized Finish for a long, rust free life. They are great for indoor and outdoor use. R.E.A. accepted and meets Bell specifications. |
| CAT 5 Cable Rings are simple, economical alternatives to "J" hooks, cable trays, and cable-cat hangers. They also offer the convenience of a standard bridle ring with the features required for today's high-performance voice/datacom cables. The wide-surface saddle eliminates the undesirable impact of point-loads that can cause band-width deterioration and damage to category 5, fiber-optic, and other sensitive cables. They comply with UL, CUL, NEC, and EIA/TIA requirements and is suitable for use in air handling spaces. The CS-2 is sold seperately. These are cable saddles that are designed to snap onto any 2" Bridle Ring including those already installed. Great for retrofits and upgrades. Will also work with the 2" wood threaded bridle ring. |
