EZ Smart Plugs are designed to offer more reliable and faster terminations. This unique patented design allows the wires to be inserted through the connector and out the front for verification of "proper wiring order" before crimping. Electrical performance of the termination is optimized by pulling the connector down over the cable jacket and seating it tightly. This design reduces the distance between the wire twists and the contact improving MHz performance. Unlike standard plugs, Smart Plugs are also designed to work with both solid and stranded cable. Meets Category 3, 5, 5e, and 6 standards.
