These heat-treated alloy steel 10" Ratcheting Cable Cutters cut copper and aluminum cleanly, leaving no burrs or sharp edges. It is equipped with ratchet-type jaws with shear cut blades and a quick release with one hand operation which allows cutting in confined spaces. Not for cutting ACSR or wire rope.
