This 8-3/4" Hand Cable Cutter has Heavy Duty shear-cut blades, that are specially designed for cutting aluminum and copper cable. It has a slightly longer jaw. Linesman prefer this shape which is ideal for cutting flat cable. This tool is not for cutting ACSR, wire rope, steel or self supporting strand. This cable cutter is equipped with non-insulated vinyl grip handles.
